For many people the periodic consumption of fast food is reasonable and common in our hectic world. However, for those that partake in more than just an occasional fast food burger and fries need to be aware of the effects of this food choice – particularly when it comes to brain.

Research from Scripps Institute in San Diego, CA. has shown that those who eat fast food (sugar and fat laden food) are more prone to compulsive eating habits similar to drug addiction.
