Home Fitness – No Weights, No Equipment
Having an easy to follow, time efficient exercise program is the key to getting started with a new fitness program. If you are like many people who are bored with going to the gym or have little time to do so, and you do not have a lot of room in your home for gym equipment, then there is an excellent home video series that I highly recommend. The video is called Insanity and it is top-notch and highly effective.
Not only will Insanity help you get in shape by improving your stamina, increase weight loss, but your upper and lower body strength will improve as well – all without needing weights. Like all new exercise routines it can be challenging at first, but if you go at your own pace, pause when needed, and be consistent in the following the program you will be in much better shape 60 days later then you were in the beginning. All you need is a small space in front of TV screen to play the videos, a hand towel for sweat, a glass of water, and a floor mat (optional).
