About

This website e-newsletter is our contribution towards the goal of achieving more health and happiness in life. As health care providers and natural living advocates we know the value of healthy eating, exercise, stress reduction and balance in our professional and personal lives to maintain wellness. However, applying these lifestyle choices doesn’t always come easy as life is complex with many demands on time and finances. We have put forth three principles which we believe are the keys to success with respects to Living Better, Living Longer, and Living Happier – in essence, a Long Full Life.

Principle #1 – the key to living a long life is taking care of yourself physically, emotionally and mentally. This begins with eating nourishing foods, reducing stress, getting proper sleep, and maintaining physical strength and flexibility through exercise. However, just living a long life isn’t enough. What you are striving for is a life full of positive experiences.

Principle #2 – the key to living a full life is pursuing those things that bring joy and a sense of accomplishment. This could be striving to learn music, becoming a better athlete, or anything that motivates you. Trying new things and pushing the limits of your comfort zone many times are great ways to improve the quality of your life and bring more enjoyment overall. To have life is a gift, but to do great things with your life is many times a gift not only to yourself, but others as well.

Principle #3 – the key than to living a life that is full and long can be achieved by pursuing life to the fullest. This involves embracing the challenges of life and meeting them head-on through setting goals, changing bad habits, and continuing to learn new things that interest you and motivate you.

We hope the information you gain from our newsletter is helpful for achieving your goals whether it be for greater physical and mental health, tips on healthy cooking, gardening advice, fitness and performance guidance, strategies and motivation for personal growth and wealth building, or ways to improve the health of your pets.

Now, get out there and make the changes to have a Long Full Life!

Sincerely,
Dr. Kurt N. Woeller
